The use of this feedback should be based on your own due diligence, and by accepting these terms you acknowledge that we are not liable in any way for the results of you using this service.

REFUNDS
A 7 day "cooling off" period is offered, where you can request a refund for your purchase minus a £20 administration fee. This is only in the case where you have not yet submitted your recording. All purchases are final after 7 days, or once your recording has been submitted.
